Computing, cybersecurity, travel, and the occasional overengineered home project — broadcasting from East Texas.

// BIO

I'm a builder who never quite outgrew the instinct and curiosity to figure out how things work. Most of my time goes toward computing and cybersecurity, with detours into home labs, microcontrollers, geeking out over trains and railroads, and whatever project is currently taking over my headspace.

This site is where the notes end up: write-ups from travels, logs from projects that mostly worked, and the occasional opinion I felt strongly enough about to put in writing. No tracking, no cookies, no algorithm deciding what you see next — just a personal corner of the Internet, built by hand.

When I'm not at a keyboard, I'm usually planning the next trip, tinkering with a Linux VM, or trying to convince a microcontroller to do something it was never quite designed to do.
